Cancellation Refund and Returns Policy

FEVRED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
In case of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receiving of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site you must bring it to the notice of our customer service studio@fevred.com within 7 days of receiving the product along with the image of the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Shipping Returns:
Final sale items are non-returnable. This is to keep our pricing fair and transparent. To request a return or exchange please contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number.
Once we accept the return, you should mail your product to: FEVRED, Razaq manzil, Madrasa Lane, Aluva Municipality, Near ayurveda health village.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs & COD fee are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be in original condition with tags intact.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, UPI or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing funds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or size issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at studio@fevred.com and send your item to: FEVRED, Razaq manzil, Madrasa Lane, Aluva Municipality, Near ayurveda health village.
